Why are the jellyfish staying at the top, it worked great at first

I want to love this lamp and it still gets occasional compliments, but I have issues with it. First the pink jellyfish constantly gets a tentacle stuck in the motor. I’ll remove it and within 5-10 minutes it’s got another in there. The noise of the motor is very noticeable as well. If you’re talking or watching tv it’s not bad, but it’s hard to deal with when reading quietly. On the subject of noise it has a loud voice that announces when it’s turned off and off which makes me unable to use whenever my fiancé is sleeping.

Quality way less than expected for the price. The jellyfish stuck to inside of 0pastic bag and literally fell apart while trying to remove them
