I would have given it 5 stars but it burns the eyes so bad due to the mint. But it does take of all the extensions which is great. Buy it just close your eyes very tight it is worth the price tag.

This stuff works so well, got a professionally done two week old hybrid full set off in 10 minutes total!! It does burn if you get it in your eye, so I taped my top eye lid shut to help. I have sensitive skin so the after pic is red from the tape and a little from the product, it was gone in 10 minutes.

I received this product and it was only filled about half way and had floating particles in it? White and black particles I am not sure if this is standard practice but I am not taking any chances.

I always use this product and like it this time it’s less than half of in the bottle. That ridiculous. Why they do like this once they build reputation. I hope they don’t decrease the quality too . I hate this when you like one brand and after few times you need to search another.

I get my lash extensions professionally and I wanted to buy a remover to save some money in the long run! And it works amazing. Depending on lash style (hybrid, volume,etc) I leave on mines for about 6 minutes and then I grab a cloth and rub it down. The lashes get off without any pulling! But of course if you open your eyes the remover will get in and sting your eye
