Saved my Gaggia Paros
I accidentally over tightened the OG thermostat on my Gaggia Paros (basically a Gaggia Classic with a grinder attached to it) so I had to get a new boiler and new thermostats.I haven't tested the actual temperatures on these to see if they do bring the boiler up to the temperatures indicated, but after using my machine many times since installing, I have no complaints.

Helped get my gaggia classic back to working.
I was having an issue with my shots. Burnt coffee with little crema plus there was steam coming out of the brew group and 3 way solenoid valve. I was halfway through my current bag of beans when this happened so I knew it had to be a mechanical issue and not a grind/coffee issue.I replaced both the thermostats with this kit and shots are coming out at the right temperature with thick crema once again.

Don’t buy.
Does not allow the water to get nearly hot enough for brewing.

A handy set for rebuilding a Gaggia Classic
I'm restoring a Gaggia Classic from ~2015 or so. In a previous life it was modified to use a digital PID temperature controller, but it's going back to its stock functionality. Meanwhile, the brew and steam thermostats are missing.I didn't install these yet, so I don't know 1) how accurate these thermostats are, 2) how large the deadband is (temperature difference between when it shuts off and turns back on), or 3) how long they will last once put into use. What I can say is that the construction looks good to me, with the body being made from what appears to be brass. They look identical in every meaningful way to the OEM Gaggia thermostats. The M4 threads screw into the Gaggia boiler as expected. And it's a nice bonus that they included some thermal grease.I did use a soldering pen on the threads and measured the resistance across the terminals. The soldering pen couldn't get the heat up enough to close the circuit, but the resistance did steadily climb as the temperature rose.5/5 stars. I'll know more once I have these installed on the machine, but for now these seem to be a good replacement for the OEM set. They're also a bit less expensive, and easier to get here on Amazon than some of the espresso supply companies where these are often out of stock.

Like OEM
I just replaced my old and probably original thermostat sensors in my Gaggia Classic. Everything came in small and properly labeled ziplok bags. The job was easy and straightforward. I took photos of the wiring first. I used an open end wrench to loosen and tighten the thermostats. The included thermal paste is plentiful and looks like the OEM paste on the old parts. I only snugged the threads, no need to apply torque. The one on the top of the boiler is higher temperature for steam, the one on the side of the boiler is lower temperature for brewing. I noticed the coffee comes out a little hotter and more aromatic than before, which probably means my old thermostats were worn. I'm very happy with this item.
