Item arrived via UPS upside down and with a bent wheel that could not be straightened. I notified customer service and they requested that I send back the entire unit, because they could not replace the wheel. That makes no sense at all because it would probably cost $200 out of my pocket to send it back and I didn't have the crate any longer. I have ordered a set of the following wheels for $8.49 and think they should work. Any manufacturer selling a product should be able to send replacement parts in my opinion, especially for larger and heavier items such as this water generator.
