I’ve got a number of this type of crate in my store room, they cost me about £6 each. So when I saw these at 5 for £17 I thought it was worth a gamble.Well I’m not disappointed, they’re definitely value for money.They’re not heavy duty, but they’re definitely as good as the ones I paid a lot more for in a High Street Store.If you intend to load them with heavy duty stuff you can expect them to flex and break.If however you use them as intended they are as good as any other plastic crate.I’ll definitely be ordering more to complete my storage makeover.

...and they work well! Suitable to carry a full load of dry washing but not really sturdy enough to carry anything heavier. Good size. Very simple to assemble.

Delivered quickly, as is so often the case with Amazon, but not the best quality. They’re a thinner plastic than ones we’ve had previously, and they’re not keen to click into place either. A little wobbly when fully loaded, but if you’re just looking to move a few lightweight items then they’ll do the job fine. Personally, I’ll likely pay a little more next time to try to get a slightly more substantial crate.

Well...now I know why they were so cheap!I've had this style of crate for many years so I thought I'd buy some more, they had increased in price quite a bit so saw these for a good price and bought them...that was a mistake, they are ridiculously light weight and flimsy, and almost impossible to lock into place at the bottom.With my old, good quality ones, they would lock by themselves when you lifted the top, these ones definitely don't do that, you have to force them, to the point of splitting the flimsy plastic, to get them to engage and lock.The good reviews being left, I can only guess they haven't owned the good quality original ones...these are not good.It's a big fat NO from me...

Love these crates. I use them to decanter our food delivery from the supermarket into. Works great, but two of the crates have already broken, as they are not robust enough to carry heavier items, like tins, or milk, or too many items. As long as you spread the items out,they do the job,but disappointed to have lost two of them already ...

Don't take up much room as collapsible, easy to use lightweight and stackable

These are okay if you don’t put anything too heavy in them - not very robust.Definitely should have spent more money on a better quality storage box.

Bought these to use as laundry baskets for a big family with very little storage space. They make great laundry baskets and fold down so they are easy to store when not being used. Great that they stack too, so once the washing it sorted into loads I can stick them up next to the washer. Unfortunately after less than 2 months 2 have already broken. They haven’t been used that much and they haven’t contained heavy loads so this is very disappointing.
