I received the fruit picker and immediately put it together. It was pretty straight forward, and easy to do. I ordered the 13ft length which is versatile because you can always adjust the length by removing some of the extenders should you need a shorter pole, but it is good to have the longer length for the higher branched fruit. The pole was very sturdy despite being fully extended, and was very effective in reaching the top of our Granny Smith Apple Tree. The cushion on the caged basket helped the fruit picked to remain protected and unbruised. We like to go apple picking in the fall for other varieties, and we will be taking this along. Because the pole can be put together and taken apart easily, it will be easy to transport. This is definitely a great tool for fruit picking and worth the money. Wish I would've gotten this sooner.

I like it, I wonder if I can put two kits together to get 26ft. 13 ft reaches half of my 23 year old pear tree (35 ft) . Yes I really like it, and it seems solid and assembles very fast and easy. I am a adult male, so the weight is irrelevant. I do not find it hard to control at all. Seems perfect. I can now get fresh pears before the racoon clan steals them all.

Great for reaching peaches that are high up in the tree. The grabbers should have a rubber stopper on them though, if you get the peach wrong it will poke little holes in the fruit.

Very sturdy and worked great for getting pears out of the top of the tree! And there were bunches!!

Easy to assemble, you do need screwdriver. You might not need all the extensions. Once put toget it is easy to use and you can get 3 in the basket.

This is the best fruit picker that I ever bought! It is very rugged and sturdy. The steel poles are very strong and do not bend or break. It is easy to assemble and lengthen or shorten. However the more poles you add the heavier it gets. So when adjusted to it's maximum it is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. That is the only criticism I have. All in all this is a strong, sturdy product and will last for years to come

My grandsons have a blast picking avocado's when they come to visit. Works really well. Very happy with it.

Very happy with purchase. Now I can safely pick the top fruit while on the ground. The powder coating will ensure it lasts in this subtropical environment. Even able to grab and pick the more stubborn limes.
