Works well for making soy yogurt
We use 2 of these along with 2 extra strength CVS probiotics for each quart of homemade soy yogurt.The results are just right .Although we have experimented with other options-these work perfectly every time in our yogurt makers.If any survive the expiration dates our plants love the out-of-dates too.
