Cushion is great. Very soft
We put this in the bottle of our tornados shelter because we have a toddler who still plays on the floor. Our shelter has a metal bottom and this makes it soft enough to where he could take a nap and even hug he bonked his head on the floor it wouldn’t hurt. Very cushiony and soft to the touch.

Not thick enough
Soft and good for older kids but not for baby’s. Definitely not plush enough to protect a baby.

Not appropriate measurements, not as advertised
I purchased this in hopes to create a safe environment for my new crawler. This product surely disappointed. It is shorter than the item listed measuring 6 inches shorter and is barely 1/4 inch thick. It is the equivalent of throwing a few thin blankets on the floor. I am not happy with this purchase. I should have gone with a more expensive brand, the price should have been a red flag from the beginning. Will most likely be returning and going a different route once I discuss it with my significant other.
