Family likes making these round ice for their drinks. Seems to last longer than cubes. Easy to make. No leaks. Looks great in the glass.

This was easy to use and my most successful attempt at making ice spheres.No brainer method and always comes out as whole spheres.Things that helped:Fill to the line on the clear top. I have been adding more than the line and ice just also reaches the top coverMake sure they don’t wobble or tip to its side before ice forms. I had put mine on the door of freezer and I didn’t notice water spilling when doors are opened and wondering why the spheres were not forming. Then I noticed there’s ice on the other surfaces. Once I kept them upright and stable I get full spheres all the time.

The molds work exactly as expected, creating sphere ice balls that don’t take too long to freeze. Only 4 stars because the process of filling the molds is a little strenuous as the funnel system takes a little work to get the water through. Also, the middle equator of the balls melt fastest because that is the weakest point of the mold. Still great though, they hold their shape for around 30 minutes to an hour.

I purchased a few different ice ball makers from different companies in the past. And, these are by far the best ones for me. It’s really easy to fill with water. Then when the ice freezes it very easy to get the ice ball out. And , you will actually have a full ice ball once it freezes. Its functionality is spot on.

get round ice, BUT it is hard to remove from contraption.

Great concept and was hopeful they would work as promised. They don’t make a full globe so they are flat on one end. They don’t stand up well in the freezer so have to be propped up.They are extremely fussy to fill and take more time than it’s worth. And lastly, they are very hard to open once they are frozen. Not worth it in my opinion. Tried them and won’t use them again.

Makes perfectly round ice. It’s easy to use and prepare.
