It's great! I would recommend this product if you intend to smoke meat for a small family. I managed to smoke and hang two large whole chickens and tasted delicious

This is my second smoker. The 1st died after being seasoned as per the instructions. This on managed 2 cooks and now won't turn on. Reseting as instructed by masterbuilt didn't work and now I am returning for a refund. Save your money and buy a better model or different brand.

So I've just done my first cook which took way way longer than expected. The tempreture is way off. At least 20deg's so my cook on full power on my better thermostat was at 245F.Everything turned out well but at that tempreture as a maximum things take much longer.The app works well but does disconnect occasionally. I will come back i a few month and let you know what I think

I used it once, second time panel didnt work (did all possible troubleshot), cannot be replaced as not available anywhere on line, even at masterbuild. Smoker itself is good, does the job, easy operation but with faulty panel whole thing is useless.

It's quick and easy to use, absolutely perfect for beginners or people who don't have time to learn temperature control

Got my second smoker. The 1st died after 2-3 uses. This on managed totally the same 2- cooks and now won't turn on.

Great smoker does the job but has few things that could improve. Once woodchips added temperature goes up a lot and then stabilises it self. Cold smoke smoking is virtually impossible as there is no real way of regulating the temperature. Woodchips last for around 30-45 min after that if the ambers die out you need to start the fire again meaning temperature will go up again. Ot would be great to have external automatic woodchip feeder that blows smoke in the the smoker. Thsinwould allowed much better control.

The smoke seemed fine, worked ok. I think the internal temperature was off by a few degrees but that is normal for this type of smoker.Some insulation was poking out and in the smoker box that needed to be trimmed.It died after the second use. It no longer will turn on. I suspect the control board at the front but I need to call support and get it replaced.
