This is the second set I bought. There are 2 in porch for coats and 2 in the bathroom for towels. I like the quality, the look, it does the job.However, it is not easy to install. Not sure what the plugs in the package are for. Maybe if you drill on a brick wall directly. But for plasterboard they are useless. I got plasterboard raw plugs from the local store and with that it is perfect.I was also struggling with the small metal cups that supposed to hide the screws. Few of them I couldn’t put on. It just pops off all the time.Other than the DIY challenges, once installed I love it ;)

I don’t often write reviews, but I’m making an exception in this case. These racks of chrome hooks are very smart and extremely sturdy - far better than I expected, especially at such a reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend!

Very strong and smart looking. Easy to install, I would suggest using your own wall plugs the ones supplied are rubbish, gave up putting the Screw Caps on as they kept popping off.Other then that they look lovely!

Didn’t what to expect when I bought them but was impressed when I saw them. They look posh and expensive even though they are cheap. Had friends who came to visit and these were the only house fixtures they positively commented. They number of hooks is so helpful and everyone is able to hang stuff with still space left for more. Very pleased, great purchase and highly recommended

These Cost Hooks are some of the best for the money I’ve seen. Have looked at dozens & dozens and for the money these are a no brainier. Easy to put and look great. Arrived with lots of fixings for both units. Only installed one ( which is easy ) for now as wife is not sure where to put the other one yet. Oh and it is stainless steel not plastic coated steel looking.

I think it's all about what you pay for. I wouldn't say it's a quality product. If your budget is limited, it's ok to have this with this price. But don't expect too much. I got this product, while installing onto my door, the screw broke! Left a bit sticking out and I just can't take the broken bit out. I had to hammer it in and drill another hole, which is very frustrating. I would suggest anyone to use your own quality screws to avoid this. I have seen other buyers encountered the same issue.
