Perfect protection for my young plants during our 100+ temperatures in June and July. No rips or tears when the winds hit during thunderstorms. I had no problem unfolding and attaching it by myself. I ordered a second one to have next season as I’m planning on extending my garden area.

Put around my side porch so I could grow my herbs and we could sit out there to and not be in direct sunlight. It makes it much cooler with 40% shaded.

We are in the desert and it was a very hot summer. I bought this mesh because it said it would help keep the damaging summer UV’s off my tree trunks. It worked well and although it was still a very hot summer this mesh did what it says it will do so I recommend it.

In the heat of the Arizona desert, not many plants can thrive. This covers my raised bed and perfectly shades my little plants until it cools down in the fall. This is also only attached to four posts at the corners of the bed with wooden clothespins and even with monsoon gusts it hasn't flown away yet. I think i might be able to get another summer out of it, but that could be pushing it. Time will tell.

I’ve now ordered 5 of these sun shades from this seller and I am very happy with the product. 2 of them I’ve had for over a year now and they have held up very well. Keeps my plants alive in the 90 and 100 degree days. Definitely cools the area but still allows sun for plant growth. Great product for the cost. They also do a great job packaging the product for shipment. Highly recommended. Last one I bought was to put over house a/c unit. Not sure if it will be able to withstand the heat coming from the unit but will find out.

Southern California has scorching sunshine where I live and it reaches 100 degrees in the summer. Been trying to grow giant pumpkins but the heat makes it extremely difficult. This shade is FANtastic!! The leaves underneath the covering stay straight and healthy vs the leaves in direct sunlight, drooping and looking bad. Once my giant pumpkin(s) start growing, I will be using covers to make sure it doesn't get damaged by the sun rays and very happy with this product!

While this product is inexpensive, it is a very temporary solution for my outdoor rabbit shade.The material feels like woven thin black trash bags. It started to unravel the very first day I used it. For the price it will work for a very very temporary situation but that is it! Spend a little more money if you want a more permanent shade cloth.

Our young Apricot tree was suffering from a prolonged heat wave. I placed this cover on the tree and when the heatwave subsided the tree was in good shape. This covering is easy to use and works as advertised.
