This product is amazing to make you sleep at night, specially if you have trouble with that the good thing about it it doesn’t give you that bad headache when you wake up in the morning but don’t exceed the recommended those and it is all natural. Finally, I can’t sleep, thank you.☺️😇

I take from 1-2 tablets before sleep and I can tell I get a better quality sleep, especially that I struggled with weird dreams bothering me all night, now it’s just empty. I sleep through the night and wake up in the morning feeling like I never did before. Good price compared to other sellers and the amount of tablets. They’re easy to swallow small pills but they do have that funky smell that other valerians do, I guess that just the smell of the herb. Don’t really have any taste though which is great as I tried different company before and they made me gag every time! I will be back for more.

The tablets are very tiny and arrive in an envelope. I personally found it easier and safer to transfer them into a lidded pot .Im still unsure of the effectiveness as I continue to wake after a few hours sleep.

Work very well and quickly

These are defective and do not even cause drowsiness. I tried these as my usual brand of valerian root extract pills supplied by ‘sleep re y’ no longer seem to be stocked on Amazon. I tried 2-3 of these at a time and they literally do not work. Total waste of money. I believe the actual amount of valerian root in these is incredibly minuscule.

Good value, but didn't work for me

Very small , easy to swallow, both of us found they helped us to sleep. Natural product so no side effects. Would recommend

Good medicine! Of course, it would be better if you never needed it in your life, but if there is a need, I definitely recommend it
