Nice unit. Shame it fails frequently.
OS crashes frequently. Unplugged for 5 mins, restarted - no difference. 3 factory resets - no difference. Updated OS - no difference. Error 1002. At the point of returning this as not fit for purpose. After another day of persistent crashed. I give up. Returning this. Nice frame let down by software.

Great present for Grandparents
My dad loves getting images sent through with the Frameo app and he can like/respond to them through it too. Good quality, hooks on to wall, picture quality is good too! Would have liked a longer power cable but other than that it’s great!

Damaged in transit x twice
Product looks ok but mine was damaged , it seems impossible to talk to the supplier so I ordered a second one , also delivered damaged . So I still need to resolve hence only 2 stars

Lovely addition to your home
This is the 3rd frame I’ve purchased and it is amazing but they keep arriving with broken plugs. Had to replace another adapter :(

SHOCKING! BE WARNED
The plug had the earth pin deliberately snapped off so was unusable. Cannot contact company for a replacement plug so had to return the whole item. BE WARNED

Good frame but doesn't recognise SD card
It's easy to set-up and picture quality is good, but i bought a 128gb sd card at the same time, but it doesn't recognise it. Don't know if the frame or card is faulty
