The media could not be loaded. I am pleased with the product. Not only it is quiet, it is also small that i can bring it anywhere! I am totally satisfied with it! Also it is not that expensive!

Sadly you have to hold the mask during use as there is no elastic to keep it in place on your face, plus the charger broke. It’s a good little nebuliser except for these problems

Unfortunately for me this item only worked for around 4 weeks , I have to say though at the start it was brilliant very effective nice to actually use instead of the noisey air compressor type found it very convenient to take to work and use when required but after week 3 ,the battery started running out from A full charge after not even two uses , each use was a 2.5ml caplet of fluid with a 20min gap in between and it would run out before end of second one, then although it would switch on no mist would come out , cleaning was done after each use as recommended, would i recommend it, unfortunately no not on my experience but it could have been a faulty unit, I really liked using this, so i was disappointed it failed so early on, item seemed very well made built in battery charged via a usb c lead although the description on item said no batteries included and AA's required so purchased rechargeable ones but didn't need them
