I use project 1 nutrition electrolytes as part of my preworkout and morning cardio and it keeps me hydrated and I have no cramping. This product is definitely worth it. And the flavor is amazing.

I love the packaging and just being able to add a scoop to my water, 90 servings in the container, dissolves immediately, and it’s delicious! This is perfect to have for my young athletes too, especially when they are playing during these super hot months. I don’t have to worry about them getting dehydrated and can make them super quick! I’ve also added a scoop to smoothies we make and we all love those too!

I got the lemon lime and it’s just as refreshing as a Gatorade. I got one for my work locker and use it almost daily after running around.

This stuff is phenomenal and the formula beats all other big name brand out there! 1000mg of sodium vs 510mg in Liquid IV. 500mg of potassium vs 200mg in LMNT. 200mg of magnesium vs 124g in Prime.
