I'm using this product this evening, as I have a headache. It's nice and refreshing. It can be refused, and is a good size. I'm chuffed with this pillow. It's a little soft and I have it inside a t-shirt to lie one.

This cooling gel pillow is awesome, it is large enough when you rest your head on the pillow. I placed it beforehand in the freezer, and it kept its cooling propriety all night long. It is also useful for hot flushes as well as migraines. Remember to wrap it in a cloth or towel. Highly recommend, thank you.

Perfect for keeping cool during warm nights or as some cooling relief from a headache, this cooling gel pack is brilliant.Although described as a gel pillow, I'd personally describe it as a two part gel pack. There is a very obvious seam in the middle of the gel pack, but I don't find that it impacts the comfort of the gel pack.The gel pack is very easy to use, just put in the freezer for a few hours, and then it's ready to go. I wrap it in a small damp towel for the first hour as I find it too cold for full skin contact, but after that I take it out of the towel, and then get a further hour or two out of the gel pack.The gel does firm up a little once it's been in the freezer, but it's still quite soft and squishy, so I do find it very comfortable to use.Overall, it does the job well. I'd recommend!

I bought this item due to suffering with Occipital Neuralgia Headaches, and this is a god send, in fact I bought 2 so when I use one the other is in the freezer. I wouldn’t be without one now 🙏🏻👍🏻

Too small and should have its own cover.It is disappointing to get a product and then find that you need to "wrap it in a towel" No guys it should come with a smooth gentle cover designed to work with and enhance it.The instructions say not to fold it, it comes folded!Does it work?After eight hours in the freezer, I wrapped it in a towel and it was nice, I can imagine using it for cold treatments but I am not sure it is any better than the methods that I use now, it is not as flexible/mouldable as a bag of frozen peas.Having read the label I would not use in when I may fall asleep in case it burst/leaks, the warnings take up more space than the instructions.

I have neck pain and thought this would help me but I thought it was a pillow size? It is not it is small more for tooth pain than neck pain. For the money I paid I should have returned it, it might work for a sprain ankle?
