Very easy to use, just plug and wait for an hour to charge first time. That's all. You are all set.However, the battery backup time is less than promised. It lasts 2 hrs at max. I'm going with 3.5 star.I bought it in Feb 2025, overall a good product, very useful.

This is a very good product which actually solved my power cut issue and wifi router dropping. It was such a pain since I mostly work from home. The customer care team is also very supportive and just ask for a video to understand the issue better and quickly helps in resolving it. Good product and good customer care support

After purchasing the device, I found it very convenient in switching between power when there is a power cut. I allow to work or attend meetings without any lag. Really a nice product.Battery backup also seems fine, honestly I never used it without power for 8 hours that's device claim but I have used it for 2-3 hours in power cut.If you are looking for such device, you can definitely go for it.
