The first one I received was faulty; it happens, so I contacted the company about replacing it. I was concerned because I didn't have packaging to ship the bad one back. However, after a couple of emails to determine the panel was faulty, they shipped me a replacement free of charge, with no need to return the old one. Great service, and the monitor is a solid deal for the price.

Video quality is good. My first monitor stopped working on just normal use. So I called support and replaced the monitor. I give 5 stars because of great customer service.

Bought two, one started having problems within a week, no problem replacing it, except for the shipping ubermensch at my local ups store. embarrassed them in front of other customers, so my day became happy! Been using them now going on 6 months without any more issues. Caught them on sale for $84 each (165hz 1080p) Colors are great for gaming, Good for watching vids, and no complaints. Mounted on separate arms(vesa 75mm) used right angle plug adapters to hide the wires as the connections are visible otherwise. If you play with the settings, you can make the picture blindingly bright using HDR settings. I have the settings basically default. They are fed from a 4060 GPU if that helps. Set up is a dream as I swear they only weigh about a pound each!

What can you say about this monitor. It's basic. But it has a nice crisp IPS display panel and looks good at 1080p and offers up to 165Hz refresh. My big complaint is that (1) the menu system cannot be activated unless you have at least one input signal and (2) I like to use the input selection controls to switch between 2 systems and I find the input switching options on this model to be overly complex (too many steps) and also not available at all unless both inputs have active signals – other monitors allow switching even if the input has no signal. My workaround was to add an external HDMI switcher module on the input and that works much smoother.

Working in IT for decades I've come to learn, that products can be hit or miss and even the best vendors have quality issues. It's important how they handle the issues once the problem is identified. Viewedge support has been on top of any issues I've experienced and in a timely manner.Not only are the products great, but the Customer Service is impeccable. I've found my new monitor company and its Viewedge.

Update: the monitor stoped working only used it once.Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this monitor, I bought it for my Xbox series x. I had to ask for a replacement since the first one wasn’t working, I was not able to turn it on. I call for amazon support, they wanted me to talk directly with the seller, but the seller than tells me to call Amazon support again. The process of doing all that seen longer than me just returning the defective one and asking for a replacement. Now I have the new one and it works great. It has some back light bleed, you can’t expect much out a monitor under $100, this monitor already gives you a lot for the price. Is easy to put together, and it looks sharp. The image quality is some what good, if you active HDR it would look better. I hope I don’t run into any problems with it in the near future.

Nice display.No problems after 2months use. Plastic base a bit fragile so user should lift display to position & not drag display on desk

I bought it to use my laptop as if it were a PC. At first, the price surprised me because of how cheap it was, but the image and the amount of soda it produces are impressive. I use it more for games, but using it as an office monitor isn't bad at all. It's a good quality/price product.
