But ended up liking how lightweight it is. The stand what's needed to hang it, including if wanting to hang it directly over your head. And the googles included. Loved the size and quality of the piece.

Since I'm now in my 30s, I have been doing my best to find good things to add to my routine for skin and health care. I have tried out a few red light therapy devices in the last year or so, and still struggle to find the perfect one. I really liked the size of this one in the ad and was hopeful that it would meet my needs. But I have to admit, I'm very underwhelmed by this product. Unlike most of my red light therapy devices, this one offers no options in variety, intensity, or time control. There's no way to control how much light you want to put out or any change in the rays. While this isn't super important, I feel that it should be a basic feature in devices like these, especially for this cost. I also find it kind of a struggle to properly prop this upright. It doesn't hold up well on its own without being hung, but in order for it to hang nicely, the power cord it has does not reach my outlet. That could be something that's only bad for me personally due to my home’s design, but I would imagine that most other people would have the same issue. The pictures show this hanging from the ceiling, and I have no idea how they even would have managed that without a few extension cords, which defeats the purpose. I just found that for the pricing of this product, it left quite a few things a little lacking. But, at the end of the day, it is an effective red light device. So if you just need something simple to give you some of those good infrared rays, then this will still do the trick.
