My first order was with a plain top. This worked great. My second order was for refills only. They sent me a double pack with the duck head. I did not use the duck head because it looks like a dog toy. I use the two refills. It makes me nervous that the dog may get a hold of it when I am not in the room. I am going to try again to just order refills.I am going to attempt to order refills only today. The other feedback is it gets extremely HOT when plugged in all the time. If I am out of that room for a long time I pull it out then plug it back in when I return.

I normally do not give a review because most things that I order have been great but this product did not do want it specified I bought this for daughter who has a dog, and her dog did the opposite of what the product stayed it would do, her dog began to miss behave more, everytime he sniffed it he would begin to start whining, he would Pace back and forth she tried it for a week but it got worse, she had to unplug it,, so she let a friend try it and she got the same results, this product doesn't work, well at least it didn't on 2 of people that I know, and my daughters friend has 2 dogs and they both reacted in the same manner, I'm not returning the product because my daughter lives in a different state from where I do and it's to much trouble, I just wanted you to know About your product.

our 16-year-old "puppy" sometimes gets anxious while we're gone and while we're traveling. This scent-port can be plugged into any outlet and is pretty much scent-free to the human nose. We take one with us when we travel and plug it in wherever we're staying with the pooch. He has been doing very well and has been doing better around other dogs when we travel. He doesn't act any differently when it's plugged in, but he does seem to sleep WAY better and is less anxious and doesn't get sick while we're away for the day at work.

These do not work at all, My dog is still peeing and not calm at all. And I have 2 of them set up in my houseWould like to get my money back but it's used since I tried it.Only did one star because it made me otherwise it would be 0 stars

I got because I leave my dog alone while I work and he tends to get nervous. It seems these diffusers help calm him but it’s not a fix all.

I rescued an 7 year old English Bulldog who was chronically marking all over the house. From his back story I knew he came from a bad environment, even showering him with love, resurgence, toys etc., he kept marking. I was at my wit's end, so when a recommendation for this Dog Calming Diffuser came up, I decided to give it a try. After receiving and installing two Dog Calming Diffuser, his marking has stopped. For a product that is easy to install adn forget about it, I am blown away by the results.

Total waste of money. I bought the double pack and it has made zero improvement, and possibly even made everything worse. More frequent accidents AND more anxiety, though I didn't even think that was possible.
