Q: Can I get a 3 pack instead of a two?

Hi there! The Hi Port 2 Ceiling Rack includes two adjustable ceiling posts per rack.

Q: Can I hang 2 bicycles off of one side and a ladder on the other side?

The specs state that the unit can hold 150#s, 75#s per side. I wouldn’t exceed 37.5#s per rung on one side for each bike. Or possibly hang the bikes by the wheels across both rungs.

Q: Can I hang 24 ft extended ladder and 16 ft twin step ladder from werner?

To know whether this will work for your ladders, it will depend on a couple of things -- for one they won't hang from the rack, you would be placing them on the arms, as shown in the pictures, just for clarity there; then: 1) Weight is a factor -- each side of this system holds up to 75 lbs, max, so if either or both ladders is over that weight, it won't work. Since some Werner ladders can be quite heavy, that is something to note. If yours are heavier than 75 lbs, it isn't the right system for you. 2) If weight isn't a factor, you have between 10-18" of space from the arms to the ceiling, on each side, so you would need to make certain they weren't more than 18" thick or deep in storage. 3) You can set the two sets of arms as far apart as needed to support the length of the ladders -- so depending on what the length is for how the ladders store, you would need to set the brackets up close enough to make sure enough of the shorter ladder's length is supported. Those would be some of the considerations for knowing if it is the right choice for your ladders & space.
