Not water proof if that is what u need. This is a light, breathable tape, with strong adhesion that does well on sensitive bits. Clense the area of any sweat or debris before application. Yes, there is still pulling, but NOTHING like what that plastic medical tape does. It also tears without the need for scissors.I'd say this is the closest to a well made bandaid in terms of adhesion. Also if you pull against the skin, if possible like a bandaid, and not away it helps during removal as well.

This Transpore 3M version of paper tape holds better than the flimsier Micropore tape, and without the gummy glue residue of the plastic tapes. This is not waterproof but will hold in place while showering; but best replaced afterward. Once you use this great tape, you won't want regular paper tape ever again. The weave makes for clean tears, as well. Love it. This box was sent inside a trademark flimsy soft plastic envelope and, so, was slightly crushed. No matter; the tape inside was fine. I wish Amazon would switch immediately to biodegradable packaging! Save the planet one shipment at a time.

This tape is easy to remove, is very forgiving, breathable and holds very well. No more scraping up old glue from tape that irritates your skin.

Stays stuck esyr to work with

We used this tape in the hospital for tons of stuff. It is really good tape for sticking to the body. Unlike sports tape or other medical tapes from the store, it actually sticks forever but doesn't damage skin when you remove it. I also have eczema and this tape doesn't cause me to break out in hives or rashes when I use it.I would absolutely buy it again!

This surgical tape is something my podiatrist gave to me once. It sticks well and when you remove it isn't painful and comes off well. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to use it for long term care.
