Use for pole
I use this for pole dance. It's not good for regular use cause it's too sticky & prevents my hands from sliding & adjusting when necessary, but I use it for practicing certain moves where I need the grip & know I won't need to readjust my hands.

Green bottle for spin!
Like many others I was looking for the grip that worked for me and this is it! My hands run sweaty and all the Dry Hands in the world didn’t help. Gluey is my main grip any time I’m on spin! Granted it’s too much for my hands on static because I start to wrap around but I spend a majority of my time in spin and I can’t go without it at this point!

The media could not be loaded. This is what you need when you’re ready to grip the pole and not slip it is the most accurate description of this product ever made to make the pole feel better to climb up and grip when you put it on and rub your hands together it makes this weird clump of stuff come off you’re hands but it’s literally what makes you stick to the pole I’ll put before and after videos up

Good product
I use this when performing or doing a long combo. I like to use it in my body (back of knees, legs), rather than my hands. For hand grip, I prefer Dry Hands.

Grippy for poles
The product is great! It's very grippy when using it and a little goes a long way. Although, I'd recommend not putting this on your legs instead of your hands. It makes your hands stick to the pole and hard to shift it to other hand positions. It also makes my hands sweat like crazy and it begins to slip.

Favorite Grip!!!
I faithfully used a resin-based spray until I decided to give this one a try and i absolutely love it. it is VERY sticky but that is my preference as I work on spin pole often and do tricks that require lots of hand strength. I do reapply it often but wiping my hands with a tap and alcohol does reactive the residue I have left.
