Easy to use
Functioning well , Great value for money. Works like a charm.

Meets expectations
After looking for various air fryers finally we purchased Usha’s air fryer. It has 10 preset modes for air fry daily food which is very healthy options for kids and age old people. There is glass also which helps you to view the food getting air dried.

Poor Quality product and poor Usha customer support.
I purchased this Usha air frier from Amazon on 26 th June and it's mother bord burned on 8th July. It's my first time something like this happened to an electronic item purchased from Amazon. I called the customer support for Usha and their response was so rude. They asked me why did you purchase through Amazon and you need to contact them for any issues. I had multiple calls with Usha customer care and at last after 5 days someone came and repaired it. Really poor experience from Usha customer care. I don't want anyone should go through that experience by purchasing it from Amazon. Poor quality product and poor customer support from Usha.

Silent and easy to use.
Works as described.Best Air frier at this price with see through window.Suggestion:The power cord should be longer in length.

Useful product but no/poor customer support
The product is good and useful at this price point. But I am disappointed by the customer support. The light in the chamber had stopped working on 2nd day of delivery. I raised a complaint on 4th Aug and till today 9th August 10 pm, no one has contacted me.I will have to think over to return the product, if the problem is not sorted by 12th (the last day of return policy)
