Deserves a lot of credit. Best Lego-adjacent set I've ever owned.
This set in total deserves a lot of credit for what it is. It is a great mix between looking great and being functional. There are some nitpicky things I will get to, but for the price, it's twice as good as anything lego's put out. Also, the set is huge for the price as well.Even though the motors may leave something to be desired, since they are the hubs for the wheels, and don't have any axles or anything, there is no loss of power from the motor. That is something that legos suffer a lot from is power loss from large mechanical systems. It would've been cool to see the universal joints in this set get used for something other than cosmetics though. Those mechanical systems are fun to see, but they take away from the speed of vehicles. Also, the instructions weren't really all that complicated. Though this set was a draining 2 day project to put together, I've been caught up on lego instructions more than I struggled with this. There were even some last minute instruction corrections they printed out which I thought were not even necessary. The biggest problem I have with the set is the durability of the cosmetic features. There's not any real good grab points, especially for how big/ heavy this set is, but it is a necessary evil for when it comes to how good it looks. Some of the peices do want to fall off if you grab them, but while driving, I haven't had anything fall off of it, even jumping down a couple steps, nothing came apart. This thing works great on most surfaces. I've had mine out in the yard, inside on carpet and linoleum, and it is so much fun. This set has the best suspension and tire size that I've ever seen in a brick-building set and it is very reactive when driving. The tank steering doesn't really work on any surface though, so it's not really usable. The app that they have leaves something to be desired as well. The controller is easier than the app to use because there is no delay with the controller, and I couldn't get the app to work outside. The controller does have a very long range though, probably close to 200 feet, which is another win compared to Lego. One thing I do want to make sure people know is that the battery pack is rechargeable. Even with running it outside on grass and straining the motors, I was able to get about 30 minutes of drive time with it. I'm not 100% sure how long it takes to charge because I've only ever done it overnight. I'm sure you can get a longer USB-C cable and charge it without taking the battery off, but the cord they provide is only 1 foot long.I bought my set on Prime's deal day, so mine was only 100 dollars. For a cheap Chinese set, this is 100% worth it. I look forward to having lots more fun with it.

Short-lived fun
This was a cool build that my son really enjoyed initially. Unfortunately, he only got to play with it about 5 times before the battery stopped accepting a charge. We chose to return instead of exchange due to how long it took to build in the first place. We did check the manufacturer's shop for a replacement battery but didn't have any luck finding one.

Amazing!!!
This kit is amazing in every way. I recently started building again (haven't since I was a kid and I'm in my 50s now). The L brand is generally too expensive especially considering I have limited room to display and really, just like building. I built several kits from Temu and they were fine. Sometimes missing a piece, fit generally ok but the previous RC kits I built were really just for show. This kit is a huge freaking tank! The pieces fit together great and all failure points have built in reinforcement! The assembly is pretty straightforward, instructions are clear with maybe two exceptions (tough picture angle) but make sense in a step or two. The pieces themselves are gorgeous. I've seen people review sets saying the pieces don't look as good as L but these are great! The finished product looks and performs way better than expected! If I had one small gripe, the stickers were folded and creased in the box. I generally don't put stickers on as I disassemble and pass kits on but I'm thinking about keeping this one 😃. Seriously, amazing purchase!

Undrivable heap
I bought this for my son for Xmas. He was very excited about it. He initially liked the big size and was particularly thrilled about the fact that it has a motor. His last Lego cars were pullback. And so, he spent his 2 weeks Christmas break putting it together slowly. The box says 6+ years, but it needed adult help to get it complete.Unfortunately, as soon as he finished, we noticed that one of the ball joints in the front wheel motor had broken. He didn't even get a chance to have a normal first drive. This was very disappointing considering the time he put into it.Overall, the set is too fragile. The motor is weak and cheaply made. Even the parts that haven't permanently broken constantly come off and you have to reassemble. The wheels, for example, easily come off. I feel bad for him that after all the time he spent, ended up with an undrivable heap that can't even stand on its own, let alone drive.

Nice car
The media could not be loaded. Took me around 15 hours to put this together and I really like it.Pros:- nice design. As a Jeep fan I really like this car- good quality and decent manual- motor is powerful and can use my phone to control itCons:- hope it has a video camera

looks amazing but the motors are not reliable
The media could not be loaded. this model is huge and looks amazing, it will make you busy for some solid 24 hours, the bad thing is that the motors are fragile specially the servo motor, don't overdo playing with it, so I consider the RC thing as a show off feature rather than an actual useful feature.Just keep in mind, this is a building model and not a serious RC car.post data: loose the rear and front suspensions one hole down, if you do as the manual says it will be too tight and can damage the directional servo, and buy silicone grease and grease the gear and axle for smooth turning

Instructions are a bit of a pain but it’s a great build
The media could not be loaded. I didn’t like how the instructions were done as a Lego builder they were close but missing some things it was times where it was hard to tell where the peice should go.The bricks are sturdy and I loved that they snapped. Kinda lets you know it’s good and locked in and they give you a bag of extras labeled tools. But also if you build Lego technics they are the parts and fits.Overall it took me 3 days to complete but I love it it’s a big jeep it’s actually bigger than my Kraton RC carI don’t care for the stickers they sent so I plan to print and cut my own that’s why the stickers aren’t in the photo
