I've been ordering these batteries for well over a year I need them for my security system and one other item in my home so I buy them every 2 months religiously. It was time for me to order again and I ordered last week the same batteries from the same vendor the same place I've been doing for the last year This time they had a pack of 16 as opposed to a pack of eight for great price so I went for it. They were delivered I installed them only 4 of the 16 batteries worked I spent over a half hour taking out all the batteries installing all the new batteries then installing another set of four and then another set of four realizing that only one set of four actually worked So now I only have one working camera out of the two and then my other item is also dead. This was super disappointing. I'm also having a hard time returning them and getting the items replaced because it says specifically you cannot replace damage or defective lithium batteries. Although they're not technically damaged they're only defective by way of the fact that the batteries are dead So now I have to call customer service and make sure that they send me replacement batteries without me having to send back the old ones because I can't send them back per Amazon's own policy. This is very disappointing hopefully Amazon will provide good customer service and simply send me out another set and allow me to dispose of the defective ones without going through a bunch of drama to send them back to them.
