These apple cider vinegar gummies are tasty and easy to swallow. They smell nicely and are helpful with the gut health. I like that they are with ginger as I don't like eating it and prefer to have it added to my daily supplements. These gummies arrived in a large bottle which was sealed closed with a plastic collar and had a peel off seal inside, meaning they were completely tamper proof.Inside the bottle are 120 red and green gummies, enough for a 2 month supply at the recommended dose of 2 a day.I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now. They are quite large but also fairly soft, so easily chewable. They have a apple flavour, though the vinegar content is quite clear as they also have a slightly bitter, acidic after taste. The dual colouring seems purely for aesthetic purposes as there appears to be no difference between the content of either.I ordered these as one of the listed benefits is to support gut health/weigh loss. As with all supplements, I find it hard to quantify if/what difference they make but they're a tasty way to take supplements so I'm more than happy to include them in my morning routine.At £15.99, at time of review, they're a decent price for a 60 day supply.

The gummies themselves are a pleasant texture not being too sticky however the flavor is pretty strong. If you don't mind the taste of ginger/apple cider vinegar then these will be fine however I didn't personally expect them to be this strong and although I like them, my partner finds them way too overpowering.

They gummies are of two different colours (red and green) and taste slightly differently due to the flavouring not due to content/ingredients.

These gummies are apple cider vinegar 'with the mother', meaning they contain the good bacteria created during the fermenting process. Apple cider vinegar without the mother has this bacteria filtered out and so has limited health benefits.You can taste the apple cider vinegar and ginger but the taste is not overpowering. The gummies are easy to chew and swallow but a bit sugary for my tastes. I have taken a star away for this. The gummies come in two different colours, I am not sure if this means anything but no distinction is made on the bottle so I assume there is no difference.

My new favourite way to take supplements - gummies are becoming more popular now as they make it both enjoyable and practical to take your daily dose, I look forward to the evening when I take these.I believe the green and red gummies are identical, just different colouring, they taste just the same, apple and slight ginger - a lovely enjoyable mouth watering combo.Currently priced at £15.99 for 2 months supply they offer reasonable value as compared to similar products - they are very yummy.

They are decent but a bit too big for me - the gummies. And I wish the scent is more subtle - find it a bit strong. The price is high for me as well.
