Well made
Well made. I bought this set and the Nicpro equivalent to compare as neither are that expensive. Mr Pen is much better, especially the compass. I needed 2 sets, 1 for the office and 1 for home. I like Mr Pen so much better that I bought another set to replace the Nicpro.

Geometry Novice
It has been since grade school (many, many, many + yrs. ago!) that I have picked up a pencil compass. I am pleasantly pleased with this kit. The mechanical pencils are, I believe, of good quality. Everything plus is included and the storage tray and box is quite nice too. I have to admit, I wasn't sure how to use the compass and extender and so needed to go to good 'ol YouTube for a Mister Pen tutorial. Now I know what a circle radius is!! :^) Price point is great as well! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I’m so happy!
Ok, so they may not be the absolute “best” set out there; however, it is a perfect set for a student, or casual user. The items are made nicely, (This is NOT a Walmart special compass.) and the variety in the set is perfect. I wouldn’t depend on them if i needed them for professional reasons, but they work great for me. I’m a casual user who will put them to work with my art. 😉

Poor Quality/ quality control
I do understand the nature of products made in China, unfortunately, but as you can see in the photo, one of the MAIN drawing tools- the compass, came with a crack in the metal, right where a screw will apply pressure. This was discovered upon opening the package.

Solid set for beginners.
Pros:1. Have had many years of drafting, while this is not a set for a professional, for a student this is a very solid set.2. Used for a few isometric drawings and worked pretty well.3. Hold a pretty solid tolerance.4. The pencils are pretty nice, and the different leads worked well.5. Used set to teach my child some basics of 3D drawing.Cons:1. Worked well enough I have no complaints.

Solid set.
Everything in this set feels solid. Even the cases that hold all the little bits are hard plastic. The compass has a good weight to it. It's a very nice set for the price I paid. (15.99 at the time)
