This pillow works a treat. I was a little dubious at first. The design seems a bit over thought and the chin strap isn’t perfect in its execution. However, when you attach the pillow around the seat’s headrest and rest your chin on the chin strap, your neck is held upright and snug, allowing you to get some sleep. (I’m one of those people who ends up with neck pain because my neck falls forward which causes pain) I will say the pillow is bulky but rolls up really nicely. But there’s nowhere really to hang it when it’s not in use. But who cares, it helped me sleep well on the flight from London to Sydney and so for me is well worth the money. Pair with a decent eye mask and you’re away.

This neck support is a game changer. We used them on long-haul flights and also during our excursions. They were super comfortable and gave us extra support that helped us rest during our travel.

Brilliant product. I slept easily on a uk - Sydney flight in economy class. Does what it says. Prevents head from flopping to side and keeps mouth closed. Soft and comfortable. Easily stored for travel. I clipped it onto my suitcase

Makes such an amazing difference in terms of comfort.Only improvement would be to allow headphones to fit better but guess this is built for a purpose and it more than does it.

I am giving one star simply because of the dimensions. It's too high and uncomfortable around the ears. The quality is the best I have found so far but honestly I feel like claustrophobic wearing it. If you are tall and have a tall neck might be a fit for you but still gets too tight around the neck. The price is decent compared to others and the support is good .

I have used inflatable travel pillows before but found them lacking. For some reason I discovered this one and after reading/watching reviews I thought I would give it a go.... It is awesome!! I am travelling a lot on the seated sleeper from Scotland to London and get a little worried that I snore and disturb other passengers - this cushion has a strap that goes under your chin to stop your jaw from opening and prevent the snoring! Plus, once it is strapped to the chair 'wings' it helps keep your head super stable and is extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

It seems like this travel pillow should have it all, but for me it has a fatal flaw: it's too 'tall' for my neck to jaw height. It should be comfortable, but it isn't. When fastened around my neck, I felt more like I had received a neck brace from a fracture clinic after having a car accident, instead of a comfortable pillow.If you're a very tall individual with an exceptionally long neck, this might work well. The foam was soft, and I liked the design of the pillow. I also liked the travel case that it came with, and it clipped easily to my backpack. But it needed to be half an inch shorter than it actually was for me to use it.I ended up resting better with a $10 pillow from Target on my return flight.
