Poor quality
Item could not hold on and fell down and broke

It’s a shame for a brand like amazon
This is as pathetic a product could be. First of all, the product is sold under amazon brand name, so we expected a bit of quality in it which was clearly lacking. So immediately after receiving I tried to return but there is no return for the product. And then it stopped working after just 1 month. The tap is leaking and wasted a whole bottle of soap. I demand my money back and amazon should be ashamed for selling this crap.

Good Item
This dispenser is a good product made by Amazon Basics. It is easy to install and a useful item for daily life. It looks good and perfect in size.

Product has leaking issue
Initially I thought because of initial setup the soap liquid is leaking. I have pumped twice to get it fixed. After a day dispenser started same thing. It drops soap a drop for every hour or so.
