Less risk of joint issues
I really like these attachment handles. For reference, I go to the park which has a jungle gym to work out sometimes. On the parallel bars, I often do body weight rows, body weight bicep curls, body weight triceps extension, and also, leg-assisted pull ups. I attach these to the parallel bars so I can do these exercises with natural wrist rotation. Not that I was having any pain before, but there was definitely some additional rotational tension in my wrists. The parallel bars are also wide width, so this makes the grip much more natural for these exercises. They are a bit annoying to adjust, so they are best adjusted to your needs and generally left that way. Overall they are a versatile addition to my workout setup, since I can attach these to any stable bars I can find, and open up a lot of very powerful exercises. Very well made and adaptable exercise handles.

Very Useful for pull-ups and chinups
I have the angle 90 handles and the Kensui wooded handlesPositives:1. Portable2.. very easy to attach and adjust3. Handle is more than wide enough for my hands4. The nylon cord seems durableNegative; The handle is plastic and is a bit smooth on the grip. I wrapped both handle with medical tape to overcome this minor deficiency. The angles 90 (banana shape) are a good innovative product , but the nylon cord in the middle becomes uncomfortable with use.. This is inherent in the design. The Kensui wooden handles are also a very good product and have good gripping. The inside dimensions are a little tight for my hands. That design does not permit my hands to completely fit.I am happy with the purchase. These make up for the deficits of the other two.. If I could go back I would be happy with just these handles.I think they are made in Korea. One final comment: the method to attach Gd Flys to a bar is not completely intuitive. The package come with instructions on how to wrap the nylon cords around the bar. This was helpful as in the beginning I was doing it wrong..

When they named their brand GD they meant it.
Introducing the new fly grip from GD. Excited to put these new grips to the test I can already feel the extra range of motion with this new innovative design. Out of the box it’s the same quality you would expect from all of their great products. I own them all but my most favorite has to be the muscle pump hands down followed by the premium wrist roller.

Good Construction But Slippery
These are easy to install and have good overall construction. However, they didn't solve my problem of having a slippery bar. They are slippery too. Additionally, they are more challenging to hang on since they are not stable like the bar.

Awesome equipment for your home gym.
These are great handles that I use for pull ups on my power rack. The handles have a great grip and are very comfortable due to no center strap. They are also great for hack squats with a barbell. I love these handles, a must for any home gym.

Portable, adjustable, diverse, Easy to use, 5 star product
Item:GD Fly Grip Pull Up Handles for Neutral Grip & LAT Pull Down Attachments – Perfect Grips for T-bar Row, D Handle Cable Attachment, Gym Equipment (Black Grip(Black strap))Pros:-Easy to use. All you do is just loop it through and your ready to go. When you need to move the strap, its easy to undo because no matter how hard you pull, the nylon rope will easily untie (vs a strap which would be harder to untie).-Adjustable. You can adjust the length which is pretty cool. It comes with an instruction manual that shows you how to adjust and loop them.-Pretty Comfortable. The handle is solid plastic (see cons). The shape of the handle is excellent and the way the nylon rope ties through them is excellent. The width of the handle is perfect.-Adaptable. This product allows you to do all kind of different type of grips with all kinds of different contraptions. Pullup bars, dumbbells, barbells, etc....-Portable. Given all the different grips you can do, this product is SUPER portable which is nice-Durable - I've put all my weight on 1 strap and its completely fine. I weigh 200lbs. Its a nylon rope thats tied together. The plastic handle feels really hard and hard to scratch. This product will probably last a long time.-Super Lightweight.-All black, I like the color. Could take to the gym if I wanted to.-Comes with a nice carrying bag. I don't think you need one because you can tie the two straps together to keep them together. But hey.. thanks!Cons:-Extremely small con - Not really any grip to them (its plastic...). I'll probably add some grip tape to them to give them a better feel. Not enough to knock off a star.Other Thoughts:-none

I have not been able to use these on a lat pulldown bar
The description and pictures show that you can attach these to a lat pulldown bar, but I have not been able to use them for that because the string slips off the bar every time I try to use them. I've tried making it tighter but then the handles are too low. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but they don't quite work for me. I will continue to try and use them and will update my review.
