They claim it’s no maida but the pasta’s quality says different. The quantity in the pack is very less it hardly serves one person. It has a flakey, chemical taste that you can’t describe, maybe someone may like it but I don’t.

Easy, clean & delicious
I enjoy products from Yu Foodlabs mostly because they have all clean ingredients & no preservatives, stabilizers & other nasty things, etc. This product is very easy to make (just like instant noodles), & it tastes so damn good. Highly recommended
