Downfall of Amazon
Product is of very sub standard quality and seems to be very old manufactured as it was having tiny holes all over visible when you see from inside in bright light. The cloth used is very fragile and one of the arm was protruding out. It indicates no quality check by Amazon which use to be it's USP.The other issue is pickup post complaint and associated actions. Being a prime customer I had a feeling that services would be prompt but totally disappointed by Amazon. Compared to e market Meesho seems to be much better with immediate pick up and instant refund on picking up.Amazon lost my trust.
