The BEST all-around out there
I don't grow *that* plant and I'm slightly lazy when it comes to plant care. This product's simplicity helps prevent burn-out on my end and makes my entire collection insanely happy. I primarily have anthuriums that are in pon but I use it slightly diluted on my plants in other media (soil, tree fern, moss) and every plant has had a marvelous reaction to it. I am not interested in acting like a chemist making a witch's brew every time I water my plants -- I just use this and adjust pH after. I've recently adopted adding calmag once a month but not entirely sure it's necessary.

veg fertilizer
I was skeptical to buy this because the reviews said it would change my ph. What i wound up doing was using this once a week and miracle gro once a week. This fertilizer really turned my flowers around. The grew very large and mostly the blooms are what I saw drastically change. They were huge and very colorful. This is a good fertilizer to use. Just be careful and use it and not go overboard..in my opinion.

The best I've ever used, but not complete
Very, Very good, but not complete. Fertilizers containing urea (this does) need foliar supplementation with nickel. Nickel is needed by plants to convert urea to ammonium, or risk urea accumulation/toxicity (often mimics potassium deficiency - bronze leaf burn spotting and margins.- see photo). If they want this to be a complete fertilizer, they should remove urea from the solution. Otherwise, this is the best 'one-part' hydroponic system I have ever used.To foliar supplement with nickel, use a 0.06% nickel solution derived from nickel sulfate, nickel nitrate, or kelp containing trace nickel. Do not add nickel of any form to your reservoir solution, as it will precipitate out, taking all of the phosphorous ions with it, as insoluable nickel phosphate. This is presumeably why they didn't include it, and also why the kelp in their formula cannot effectively provide any nickel to the roots. But they should not indicate this as a complete system for that reason. Still amazing, but not complete.P.S. I am an indoor pepper farmer. Peppers are quite sensitive to nickel deficiency in urea solutions. Your Christmas trees may not be as sensitive, but I wouldn't know.

The Only One. For my customers, for my plants, True Plant Science is the One.
For me time spent mixing nutrients isn't an issue. I'll spend hours on my plants every day. Depending on the time of year I'm growing anywhere from 5 to 30 different strains. Plants often numbering in the hundreds. In winter I grow my high end colorful indicas like DJ Short's Blueberry, Subcool's (RIP brother) Querkle, Deep Chunk from Tom Hill, Ace's PCK, Afghani landraces like Sherberghan and elite cuts I've picked up along the way. I use the cool winter night air, drawn indoors to max out the color traits in these plants, which is a catch as catch can technique that can introduce stress to varying degrees for these eclectic strains. We're a breeding outfit so we need to learn everything we can about every trait in every plant we run. In summer I'll run my bigger, more temperamental sativas in greenhouses. A lot of these lines are landraces I'm sifting through to find cultivars with traits I want to carry into strains we're creating for the commercial market. Again stresses can be introduced into these grows as we test their limits and find their character in the Gene Forge, where we alloy these plants with others to create original lines that nature won't give us unaided. I started using a combination of the TPS Component Series and TPS One. I use One at half strength and mix the Component Series in to dial in the individual needs of these diverse plants. The results have been nothing short of miraculous. In fact, it's almost too good, reducing the stresses on these plants to the point where I'm not pushing them to their limits as intended. For the purposes of our customers growing the end products though, it's now the only nutrient system I'll even consider recommending, whatever system and style the growers use. Ebb and flow, deep water culture, drip fed rockwool, coco, soil, Miracle Grow commercial soil mixes, whatever. TPS One is the base to use, the Component Series the custom dial-in to perfect the system. For people with time constraints One is the ONLY way to go. I want my customers, whether they're legal commercial grows, medical home growers or just cannafolks growing their favorite stash to have the very best results that can be had. I used to not give recommendations, trying to encourage people to find their style. I now unequivocally recommend TPS One, and if they have the time, all TPS products. In the spring of 2021 I'll be opening a new nursery, selling plants of all kinds and True Plant Science will be in every pot, every flat and in every planting. They simply have the best nutrients.

Amazing science based fertilizer
I realize that this product was initially geared towards cannabis growers. And, if you read the reviews, most (if not all) reference cannabis growing/production. I have been using this amazing product on ALL my vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers) with tremendous results! I do grow all my gardening large (10gl+) containers and use Foxfarm Happy Frog Soil. I also amend with dolomite lime and worm castings. Other than that, TPS ONE is the ONLY fertilizer I use weekly/bi-weekly while watering. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
