Spaetzle, egg noodle dumplings, are delicious. They are a versatile form of pasta that's easier to make than Italian style pasta, and with a spaetzle maker like this one, very easy! I ordered this because I specifically want to make low carb spaetzle - there are plenty of recipes for them on-line, but the one I'm using is ground nuts, gluten and eggs. I never knew such a thing existed. In the past, I've poured slowly all sort of dough mixture to cook in boiling water. Now I just csn put the lot into the container and all small portions will drip down to the pot with hot water to cook in. It saves the time.The Spaetzle is veey food quality, sturdy and easy to use easy to clean. It came with spatula. I like it.
