I ordered a white fan, and a black one was sent instead. Other than that, this is a good product so far. It's quieter than another purse fan I bought. It fits very well into my Sash purse. It is sturdy when set up on a desk, and puts out a good amount of air. Very easy to use, right out the box. It comes with a charger cord, but you can use your cell phone charger as well. I love the pink, but was disappointed that I didn't get the white one for my dad.
