Definitely waterproof but means can take a lot of time to remove at night. Really good product though. Easy to use and glides on my eye.

It’s good value and stays on a long time

This is my 2nd purchase of this item, the 2nd just bought today.Its a great price for a great product. It goes on smoothly and effortlessly with a reat applicator and you can get them precise lines whether want it thick or thin. It is jet black in colour and stays on all night long.. even if fell asleep in it and no matter if sweat or anything it still remains. The only downside:1. When apply just wait a little to dry as if don't and smudges and dries that stuff hard to get off with your finger even if wet it or even a tissue at first and can end up spoiling everything you did so take your time. It applies well in one go so luckily doesn't happen often.2. As waterproof its hard to remove. I did it with makeup wipes and it took a while and I still felt like had a bit of panda eyes but that won't deter me buying it as its one of the best liquid eyeliners I have purchased and for the price it sells at, shall continue to.

This is useless. Takes ages to dry and still smudges everywhere! Cheap crap!

Great eyeliner, however if you touch your face/corner of eyes a lot it wears away quickly. Smudges with a little misting of rain or water.

When I received the eyeliner I noticed nowhere on the product does it state that it is waterproof. So I went back and checked this listing, and lo and behold, the product in the picture does not have waterproof written on it, either. I gave it a try anyway and I had panda eyes within the hour. Maybe it's my fault for not paying more attention to the picture. But when the title and description both state that it's a waterproof eyeliner, you'd assume that's what you'd receive. I used it two days in a row in order to give it the benefit of the doubt. Both days I ended off looking like I'd had a hefty round in the ring.It only cost £2, so if you're one of those lucky devils who don't have oily eyes, go for it. It has a nice, thin, brush-like applicator for easy precision. It also wasn't flaky. Just smudgy. Very smudgy. Despite this, it was very hard to wipe off, which was weird.
