I have brought this item as I have a number of health issues! The meter works well. But I'm not so sure it's a new item! It has a number of marks on it . It's easy to use .

Excellent pulse oxymeter
I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I have to congratulate ADDS Trading on the quality of their Portable Pulse Oximeter product. It is accurate & very simple to use. Its small size and light weight features, make it very practical to carry around and use in any environment. It is perfect for fast and reliable monitoring of my heart rate and blood saturations. I recently travelled abroad with this device and the LED display allowed for easy reading of results in any lighting condition. I can confirm it is energy efficient, making its battery life longer. Extremely satisfied with this product.

Ordered this in June and finally got round to using this. IV tried different batteries and does not switch on. Very disappointed and probably can't return now . My fault for not trying sooner.
