So far so good
While I haven’t gotten into the fine points yet and have only “test printed” a few photos from my phone, I. A say that setup and Bluetooth pairing was easy. I’m certainly no techie, us it almost set itself up. Photos printed quickly. Print quality was ok, but I need to experiment more. So for now, I’m hopefully giving 5 stars

Best Value and Quality Per Print.
Took me a little while to figure this unit out but once I did, WOW! It prints through BLUETOOTH from my phone, creating gorgeous 4x6inch pics. Using the 4 pass system (One for each basic color, and a 4th pass to laminate the photo) it creates gorgeous photos. The lowest cost per print - Generally 50cents to over a dollar. This costs 33cents each. Best bargain for full-sized 4x6 photos. I just added a photo of the printer and a print I just did. People who complain about the photo quality need to look at this image and I ask, where did you used have your film developed and prints made? This is as perfect as you could dream for a 4x6. One suggestion, do buy at least the 2-year protection plan for about $20. This is a sophisticated device and can go off the rails. I had one camera/printer have a small disaster, returned it, and bought another immediately, with a protection plan. Now I have fabulous photography equipment and total piece of mind. FIVE STARS Baby!

Don't buy this
UPDATE:I've now had two of the printer cartridges where the inner cartridge material stuck to the photo paper, causing it to come out of the cartridge and render it useless. I only got 3 pictures printed out of the new cartridge before this happened. If you look at reviews here and on the product page for the cartridge, you'll see this is something that keeps happening to customers. Highly recommend finding an alternative if you want this style of printer.Original review:I ordered the printer and the full accessory kit, with extra sheets and all that. What I got was just the printer. I contacted Amazon, and the accessory kit and extras is not available to order separately, the helpful Amazon rep tried to credit me, but since I got it through Vine, couldn't help that way, and suggested that since it was sold by the vendor, I should contact them. I did, and they responded fairly quickly. They basically told me to shove off and bother Amazon. No attempt to resolve the situation. Since Amazon had already told me they couldn't address it, I took a gamble and initiated a return/replacement. I got my replacement, it was just another printer, no accessories or extra sheets. So this time I went to Kodak's website and opened a support request. I got a support ticket number, and in the 3 weeks since then, no response whatsoever. I consider this very poor customer support. With that out of the way... the actual printer itself. I downloaded the app. It's okay, I didn't have any trouble connecting it to the printer and having the firmware update for the printer be applied. The screen where you select the images is pretty basic, I took a few pictures of the same thing, and I wanted to enlarge them from the thumbnails screen in the app, didn't see an easy way to do that, so I had to switch to my phone's gallery app, figure out which one I wanted to print, and then back to the Kodak app to select that. Enlarging/zooming in the app itself while selecting photos would be a very useful feature. So I selected a couple pictures, and printed them out. It's not super fast, but whatever. Then I looked at the resulting pictures. Disappointing. Color reproduction isn't great, and there fine details of the original photo are lost.I think this would be best suited to something where you want to print a number of photos on the spot, and don't necessarily need them to be high-quality. Maybe if you're working on a collage, or maybe classroom use, or little keepsake photos for some kind of event. But for nice photos you want to put in a photo book and look back on years later? No, I wouldn't recommend this for that.So one star for customer service, two stars for the printer/app, because they DO work, just in a disappointing way. I guess we're seeing the end result of the Kodak brand name being sold and resold, this product depends on quality previously associated with the Kodak name and doesn't deliver.

Great little printer.
Prints great quality pictures. The Bluetooth works good. Definitely makes printing more convenient.

Good enough wish it was battery powered
I bought this about 9 months ago. I've printed 210 photos. The quality is good enough. I've only had 1 print fail and that was most likely because I loaded more than 5 sheets into the tray and the printer grabbed more than 1 sheet and ultimately printed the image 1/2 on 1 sheet and 1/2 on the other. Now I always load exactly 5. I edit the photos to be a little brighter than needed so it prints correctly. Sometimes darker photos print almost as just black or extremely under exposed. Recently the print has been over heating, a little annoying when trying to print a lot of images. Also it's slow. good enough for me but maybe thats something that will bother youPoint of advice - I like this printer. I take it to parties and I give people photos to take home, but the white model is cheaper and the bag this comes with is too small to fit anything besides the printer and the charger.

A terrible manual and terrible help
I greatly disliked the one page of illustrations which was supposed to substitute for a manual. There was no other manual online to access. I emailed for help and also called for help. Took a week for an email reply which didn't solve an issue. Didn't received a phone call back. Poor, poor customer service. I still have questions on how to use this photo printer and issue is not resolved. When I did get it to work, the photo quality was fine. Have no idea how to get rid of chosen photos to print off the screen of chosen photos. Once printed, I don't need them on there and it could be an issue as the pics add up over time. The problem isn't so much with the machine itself, it is with product support both written and either online or phone support. There may be a glitch in the software but hard to tell as not sure how to work it. Boo on you Kodak!
