Could not be more pleased!
This machine is much more than I expected. A friend has an older and smaller model. It runs so smooth and the motor is near silent! Stand was easy to put together. I do believe I will add the digital thickness gauge soon.

Great drum sander
It is a great drum sander but mine arrived damaged and Amazon took care of the return and refunded my money to my credit card. However I did make a decision to by from my local Woodcraft store, same price and free shipping and they are just around the corner if I need anything

No customer service and no parts available.
Buyer beware. SuperMax has been bought out by Laguna. Try calling Laguna before you buy and ask to speak to someone in the parts department. You'll be told you have to open a ticket and that someone will you back in 2 days. Parts now have different numbers and they are all either on backorder on no longer available.

AWESOME SANDER !!
I have had this sander for about 3 months now and I am very happy with it. The assembly was pretty easy and the fit and finish is great. I installed the infeed/outfeed tables and the digital height gauge when I put the machine together. I had to make just a few minor adjustments to get the machine dialed in, but now it is incredible ! The first job I ran through the machine was 20" hickory raised panels . It sanded all the panels in just a few minutes, and the panels were perfect. This sander has plenty of power and saves a lot of time. I can't say enough good things about this sander, this is a great machine and I am very happy with it !!
