The toe box of the Medium shoe size has plenty of room for my wide right foot. Yay!
This is how I feel about these after an initial try on and refit with thin socks. The Med width fit was a little roomy. My right forefoot is wide because of the bone structure so I pay close attention to that fit. It was a good fit. I always put O-T-C Spence or Purple Ninja orthotics in my shoes. So.... I pulled the insole out, put a double adhesive HeelthePain device snug against the heel. Then I inserted a Hard Spenceo orthotic and seated it on the HtP adhesive. The original insole was reinserted and I tried the shoes on again. OMG, perfection. the orthotic gave me arch support and gave me a snug competition fit. Tomorrow morning I take my first run. I'm going to wear the medium cushioning Thorlo socks. I think these shoes and socks will give the comfort and cushioning I desire. I already know I am going to love these shoes..

Helped planter feciatis
They were Great shoes, I wore them for a month, I walk a lot so my shoes tend to only last 1 to 2 months so I'll be reviewing this on what I experienced rather than focusing on how long I had them. This shoes was a nice and firm nothing that hurt my feet but in fact helped my planter feciatis, I had a great experience, light weight, great grip, and didnt hurt my feet. The only con I have is little to no ankle support hurting my ankles and knees.

Would recommend!!
Brooks shoes are great for anyone with neuropathy or feet problems such as plantar fasciitis. Our podiatrist recommended this brand of shoe for my husband. This is the second pair we have bought!! Great price as well!!

Affordable and ohhhh so cushiony
These are wonderful affordable shoes with a great amount of cushioning for people that need that. It also features support for people that overpronate. The color received a slightly lighter than once pictured on the internet. These are great daily trainers and are great for shorter and longer mileages. Expect these to hold up very well just like any other Brooks model shoe. A great price and very comfortable.

Good running shoe
Good running shoe. This is only my second pair of Brooks since I’ve started running. I wanted to try something different. They are light and reactive. The toe box was a little tight at first but started to feel better after more use. Offers good support and stability. True to size. Price was comparable to my new balance I usually wear.

Great forcrunning or walking
This cushioned shoe helps absorb impact with hard surfaces and decreases tiredness. My calves do not hurt and my heels are not painful and sore the next day. I exercise in these everyday and they are holding up well.

Sparking joy, but size up.
I am a long distance runner, averaging about 30 miles a week when I am not training for a marathon. I used to be a faithful Brooks runner but a few years ago switched to Saucony. My shoe line-up consists of Freedoms for races up to the half-marathon distance, the Tempus for distances beyond that and for training, and Guides for the steady runs throughout the week. My favorite shoe still is the Tempus, which provides some support, but despite the development away from support shoes, I feel I benefit from some support. The Glycerine GTS was recommended to me when I shopped for a new pair of Tempus', and I immediately liked the slightly plusher feel and comfortable ride. When my Guides hit the 500 mile mark and were ready to be retired, I got these as a replacement. They are fabulous! I have done a few longer runs in them (13.5-15miles) and found that right out of the box, they fit well and provide great support without feeling bulky or heavy, nor do they feel slow. I typically train in the 7-7:45 min/mile pace region and thought, I'd see s drop in my pace when wearing the Glycerins. But. that wasn't the case. They feel surprisingly snappy and comfortable. Of course, all of that is subjective, but you are not reading this as a scientific study. I like them better as the Saucony Guides (which almost feels outdated against these), but still like the Tempus' better. The only odd thing is that I had to size up. For years, I was a 12.5 in all my running shoes, but here I had to size up to 13. That's not much, 5mm, actually. And now that I have 60 miles in them, they loosened up a bit.Overall, an excellent shoe! They spark joy!

Long lasting, comfortable, and a great daily trainer for the $
After 500 miles the soles on these shoes still looks pretty solid. They wear well, are comfortable, and for the price I paid they are an incredibly good value. Size was true , and they provide cushioning but are not overly squishy. These are great daily trainers and I have already ordered another pair. I used to run in Hoka and Asics but these shoes give me less knee pain and the tread lasts longer.
