Q: Is this the same as a 150-pga b?

I believe the B stands for the BSP thread model.

Q: Can i use this on a 1.5 hp pool pump or is the water pressure too much for it?

Our rainbird runs on about 50 psi, I do not think a pool pump is anywhere near that. It may not give sufficient flow.

Q: Is this threaded in/out or slip

The 1-1/2" are female threaded.
