Horrible product. I sent the first one back as the connector was completely severed upon arrival. I wanted to love this product but it’s just poor quality. The replacement wasn’t much better, now only a few months in it had completely stopped working. And of course, the window has passed to return it and we have only had it since the end of April 2025. It is ill-fitting and not worth the money. Invest the extra money to get a product that’s going to last.

I've had some nosy roommates who like to take visits through my room when I'm at work, so I bought this door handle for a little privacy and fingerprint scanner so I don't have to carry a key.It works absolutely awesomely, software setup was a little bit tedious, but the actual installation into my door was surprisingly easy, I was able to just do it on my own.As far as I can tell it isn't WIFI enabled, so don't buy it for long distance control but the ability to add different fingerprints and codes for different people is pretty awesome. Overall not a crazy amazing fingerprint scanner it works around 70% of the time first try but for the price its awesome.It has anti peeping stuff or whatever so u can add random digits to your password if you don't want someone peering over to see it which is pretty cool.So far I've had it in my door for a little over a week with no issues, it does use AAA batteries which are NOT INCLUDED, so make sure u have at least 4 AAA batteries on hand.Beyond that for the price it's an awesome smart door handle if you're looking for fingerprint and nfc tag usability, but don't care for long distance usage. As far as I can tell there wasn't any Alexa or smart home integration but it could have been buried in the app so I'm not sure.

The product arrived timely, and it was very easy to install, and very easy to use once I learned how to setup the app, setup my finger print and passcode. However, I have some suggestions for the seller, regarding the user manual.The manual lacks some very basic instruction about how to setup the lock: such as how to add finger print or a passcode into a user, and how to use it to open the lock. I searched the youtube and found some videos to learn it, and partly by figuring out by myself.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for the door leading from my garage into my kitchen. I didn’t want to have another key nor have to punch in a code, and I needed something I could install myself (I’m a capable 70 year old grandma but didn’t want to do any drilling into my door). It was easy to install and works perfectly by putting my thumb on the handle. Voila! The door unlocks!! The fingerprint was easy to program but I haven’t been able to get the code to program. And beware, when the batteries go dead the lock just doesn’t open, it gives no warning and you could be locked out of your space if the batteries are on the other side of the door handle (it happened to me so I had to use another entrance to get into my house).

This smart door lock is amazing! The fingerprint sensor is super fast and accurate ,and I love the convenience of keyless entry. The handle feels sturdy and well -made ,and the installation was surprisingly simple. It adds a modern, secure touch to my office door.

Worked fine for about 8 months and then stopped auto-locking. I can't make it lock anymore. Being used on a pantry door and without it being able to lock isn't much help to me!
