I tried it first without buying any tickets for a week. I would have won $600 if I had bought tickets just the first week. Second week I bought tickets and won $400. Maybe just beginners luck but hey whatever works

No strategy fort pick 4 numbers
This is a workbook but it does not describe a real strategy! It provides as scan to locate instructions but it stops short to provide how to choose the numbers for the next draw. This is just a nice workout book with no instructions for strategy on how to choose numbers.
