I use this in my medical practice
Plug into iPhone; automatically opens app; the patient can see exactly what you see. The patient can see the amount of ear wax in canals; can see their TMs. I've even shown patients their nasal polyps. I keep one at home, and one at work. Easily take video or photos. No battery/power supply needed - it works from the power of your phone. I did get a larger box to store it. The factory box is just too small to repeatedly fold wires - I dont want to damage the wires.

Easy to use and clear image, worth the price
My 19 yo son accidentally perforated his eardrum putting a shirt on (long story) so I ordered this to monitor his healing in between doctors visits. I won't share a picture because it's a bit gory, but the camera shows a clear enough image and taking pictures in the app is simple.Definitely worth the price for a digital otoscope with the accessories. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to see inside their own ears and any parents who have kids who might be more comfortable inserting the camera themselves (with an ear speculum for safety, of course).

The ease of using this machine very very easy to use.
This was a big hit for my sons nurses and myself. To be able to see if my son has a ear infection. Considering he is non verbal. It makes everyone more comfortable to know we can check his ears to make sure no infection has set in. Great money for this machine. Easy to use and works with I phone and Android. Small and compact can take pictures share with dr.

Eye/Hand coordination was a bit of a challenge for me
Anykit USB-C Digital Otoscope for Type-C Phone & Tablet: Unit was straight forward in setting up. Getting the eye/hand coordination working took a few tries. Moving beyond ears, I used this unit to photograph a broken tooth and sent the pictures to my dentist for his thoughts on the dental work needed.

love this
Got tired of asking everyone to look in my ears with a regular otoscope to see if there was a bulging drum... Yea, try to explain that to the average person....Yes, I am a Nurse.... Actually had to instruct a Dr on how to use an otoscope correctly when someone has weird canals... Lord help the general public...With this little scope I see see clearly and now I now my drums seem to bulge very frequently....Don't you just love an earache you can't get rid of.....Now to find time to see a ENT and tell her my findings....Go ahead and laugh, I know you want to...

Save your Money and Buy a Good Old Fashioned Otoscope
Bought a USB C to IPhone connection, unplugged multiple times and no dice. Uninstalled the app then reinstalled. Nothing. Now the second otoscope I’ve purchased from Anykit and it doesn’t work. Avoid anything that connects to an app - it’s pointless. Buy a regular otoscope that operates on batteries and light.
