Waste of time and money. Takes WAY too much effort to get this going. Shoddy quality of components.
Doesn't make sense to buy printers at this price point at all. They will fail and develop serious issues very soon. It's a very complex hobby which can become frustrating and exponentially more complicated if you end up with a low quality tool like this printer.I've had mine for 2-3 weeks and it's just such a mess at this point that I've dumped it in the store room. The bed levelling became entirely off within a week and I had to spend hours manually shimming the bed and adding pieces of copper shim and tape on the underside to keep the bed usable. The spring-steel bed is an absolute nightmare and it costs a bomb to replace. The nozzle and the entire extruder head build is very hit-or-miss in every aspect. The temperatures are quite inconsistent and you can try the most expensive filaments around but after like a dozen or so prints, the components just lose their precision. I've already changed 2 nozzles and the third one is constantly clogging again. For the record, I am now using eSun filaments for my throwaway prototypes and polymaker for some high-precision components. These are way beyond the average indian-made filament. The default slicer settings are actually pretty poor which is a shame. It's not like they have gotten approximate settings dialled in so that you can fine-tune them-- they actually just have lest most options entirely disabled including retraction, z-hop etc, so it's now up to you to spend hours watching tutorials and fiddling with each setting to see what works and what doesn'tThe documentation is laughably poor. Just steps on how to assemble and power on. Perhaps a line or two on some test prints but that's it.Basically, I was perpetually sitting with chatGPT and youtube open for the first 3 weeks of owning this crapshoot printer because everything was poorly manufactured and it took a lot of effort to make it functional at a bare minimum level of expectation. Your mileage may vary because I am sure not every shipped unit will become junk within a few days but it's a very real possibility because the components and manufacturing tolerances on this machine are hopelessly pathetic. In hindsight, I should've saved for a model at a higher price point with actual automatic bed levelling. The auto-levelling on this printer is a downright LIE! It doesn't level the bed at all-- all it does is to take the average of the probe-determined offsets at around 20 points on the PEI sheet and if they work, good; if they don't, good luck doing it all manually.

Customer service?
I bought this printer based on great reviews. The shipment was quick and assembly was really easy. Within a week my problems started, like being able to level the print bed. And progressively got worst. The non existent customer service never responded to my email. Every two days I get a message to video call but no answer. Finally today some body from tech team contacted, and tried to do basics like move axis or auto level. He could not help and asked me to ship the priner to them, which I did it cost me rs.1000.00 . I am waiting for the tech to respond and I surly will inform you all of the final verdictThe printer may be good but I definitely got a bad one and to add to the problem the customer service is bad to non existent
