After buying this and using it for about a month I found out that real Batana oil is actually mostly solid, like coconut oil and only melts in the hands. So now I am not sure what this is, but I am currently on my 2nd bottle and it seems to be working for my hair growth and overall hair health. It smells nutty but I don’t mind it and a bottle will last about 4-5 weeks with consistent daily use. I don’t wash it out and I have micro locs and the growth is very noticeable. I will still like to try the real Batana oil. I suspect this is oil extracted using heat rather than cold pressed, hence why it’s liquid and not solid grainy like texture.

I purchased this for my son and he likes the product and uses it regularly.
