Ordered new but received used!
This is not the first time ever happened to me. I ordered a NEW product, but the received one has finger prints on the unit. Even earwax on the eartips!!!

One of the BEST sounding earbuds for it's PRICE!!
I was surprised how much BASS this IEM has!! If I could describe this IEM in a phrase it would be "CLEAN AND SMOOTH." The treble is one of the best I have heard and it punches above its price point. I would argue that the treble is just as good as the Performer 8 and BETTER than thr Hype 4.The VOCALS and treble are where is where this IEM excels. It's a VERY BALANCED set. If you want a good all rounder, look no further!! This IEM is worth the buy.To put into more perspective, I like this IEM better than the Hype 4 and the GizAudio Chopin. Those are bass-y IEMs but the bass on this IEM is cleaner than the ones I have mentioned.

Amazing IEM, but...
IEM sound good, they look really good and the material top quality, would've been perfect rating, but a few hours after the volume on the left IEM suddenly was lower than the right, had to return.

Very clean and balanced
I was looking for iems with more balanced bass that I prefer. Surprisingly difficult to find and the iem market brimming with new products every month doesnt help either, especially for not-too-audiophile kinda people. This one fits the bill perfectly. Has enough bass but doesn't let it "cover up" other sounds. Sound is pristine and clear. Vocals and instruments sound sublime at times that I never noticed before. I think my search has stopped here. A little pricey for a more casual listener but hoping it lasts a long time to justify the price.

Best vocal IEM under 300
The vocal, especially the female vocal, is incredible. Also, it has enough bass. The only cons is the weight. It's a bit heavy but still kind of comfortable to wear.

I don't see a need to spend anymore $. I've found it. The honeymoon period shows no sign of ending. Hel ya! The tuning and details are sublime.
