Delivered next day. The delivery drivers were polite and lifted it in to house for me. Came well packaged. After unpacking it was easy to set up using the manual and key access at first then add the battery to set up the rest. It is sturdy and looks good in black. The lockability of the safe has 3 options and all worked well. I have some fire proof pouches for extra protection which fitted in standing up. The adjustable shelf is handy as well. It’s quite heavy so may need 2 people to move in to position. I would recommend this product and it represents value for money.

Solid looking safe which will do the job we need it for. We had a couple of issues which the company were able to fix. They were very careful to make sure we were happy - which we are. I was able to call them and emails were answered quickly. Great service!
